Catching up is hard to do

Life gets so hectic, things like a blog get pushed back farther and farther. We will attempt to keep updating soon, but just when you think you have a baby figured out they change things up again.

Looking back to last year, she has changed so much! It's hard to remember just how little she was. She's still so petite, but back then she was REALLY little.

In October, we took Kaitlyn to visit the beach at Virginia Beach Oceanfront. It was a nice day; not too hot. We ventured down into the sand and put her toes in the ocean for the first time.

Not very sure what she thought of the experience. She did, however, love watching people on the boardwalk. Bicycles were captivating!

Grandma, Papa, and Mark came along to enjoy the sea!

Later that month, we decided to go pick out pumpkins for Halloween. So, we headed out in Chesapeake for Kaitlyn's first pumpkin.

 We picked out three; one for Daddy, Mommy, and Kaitlyn.

She liked the pumpkin patch; lots of people to look at!

We took our pumpkins home and carved them.
